Our Story

Opened in December of 2019, owner Robert Giardino wanted to bring an authentic taste of Italy to the quaint town of Fort Langley. After extensive training in Stresa, Italy, Robert wants to ensure that all of his customers have a genuine encounter with his products and his store. Using only Italian flour, and a slow, overnight fermentation, La Focacceria ensures your tastebuds, as well as your tummy, will be happy no matter what you try!
